Main parts:

1. Feeding system:

8 inch suction pump for suction the sand from the river bottom

2. Clay processing system: (if needed)

Clay scrubber with scrubbing teeth for breaking and washing off the clay.

3. Screening system:

Heavy duty mining trommel for washing, screening and separating;

Two sieves for the trommel, inner sieve is 20mm steel bars, outer sieve is customized;

High pressure water spray pipes on both sides of trommel for water spraying.

4. Recovery system:

Two sets of sluice box with gold carpet for gold recovery

Optional:

Knelson concentrator, vibrating sluice, jigger machine, etc

5. Water supplying system:

Multiple sets big power submersible slurry pumps;

With all water hose, valves, etc.

6. Controlling system:

Control cabinet with buttons to control each equipment and the whole wash plant;

One-man control in working cabin

7. Power supplying system:

Diesel generator, petrol generator, gas generator, etc
