How does it work?

1. Clients feed the original rocks with size 150mm max to the Jaw crusher for initial crushing to be around 50mm

2. The 50mm rocks out of the jaw crusher will be directed into the double roller crusher for further crushing (Belt conveyor is available for transporting work)

3. Double roller crusher will crush the rocks into size of 3mm-5mm 

4. Water pipes will supply water to double roller crusher so the ore coming out from the double roller will be slurry

5. The slurry will be directed into our SLKC series centrifugal concentrator for gold recovery

6. Cummins diesel generator set for supplying power to the whole processing plant.

7. Two set of pumps are used to supply water to the whole processing line

8. The jaw crusher shall be at the highest altitude, double roller crusher a little lower altitude, and concentrator on the ground as it uses gravity for drecting the ores to next step.
